Registration for the 2012 Season

Planning and preparation has started for the 2012 football season and in order for the club to provide the facilities and equipment required to field teams up to 14 teams for the 2012 season we need to have the players registered as soon as possible.

We offer players from last season the opportunity to register for the 2012 and have priority for a position in their age group team for the 2012 season. To secure this past players must register prior to Friday the 24th of February. Registration will be accepted after this date but due to the numbers registered in each age group placement in a team of choice maybe unavailable.

Registration can be completed by any of the 3 options below.

Due to Registration web site restriction online registration will not be availableuntil Thursday 9th of February.

New players to the club must complete a copy of the registration form below and register via Options 2 and 3.

The official registration day for Auskick and all age groups is Sunday February 26th (details below).

There are 3 option for registration this season

Option 1
Register online via the Sportingpulse web site. This website allows you to register and pay online. You can also order and purchase Wembley Downs Junior Football Club merchandise via the web site. Sportingpulse is a secured website used by many sporting clubs and other organisation throughout Australia.

Option 2
Register via mail. Fill out the electronic copy of the registration form. Click here to download a copy of a registration form. (The form is a pdf document that you can print off on your computer and then fill in.) Mail the completed form to the Wembley Downs Junior Football Club. PO Box 905 Innaloo 6918.

Option 3
Attend the AFL official registration day to be held at AS Luketina Reserve, Buntine Road Wembley Downs 10am to 12pm, 26th February 2012. You can download and fill in a copy of a registration form, bring it with you to register and pay on the day.

The registration fees for the 2012 season are Auskick $150.00, age group teams 9 -12's $200.00 and 13's -16's $220.00.

Which ever option you choose please fill in all the information requested on the registration forms including a birth certificate number or the equivilent of, as this is required for team lists and associated systems.
